Tourism minister Dan Mwazo has assured tourists in the country that there will be no chaos in the run up to the March 4, 2013 polls.
Mwazo told the tourists the government is decisively dealing with terror groups, who he said are losing the war on terrorism after the fall of Kismayu. The Somali port town was the bedrock of the al Shabaab militants.
The assurance comes against a backdrop of recent grenade attacks carried out in different parts of the country. The latest being the attack on a public service vehicle in Nairobi's Eastleigh estate on Sunday killing seven people.
