Angola: Basketball Coach Luís Magalhães Signs for Libolo

Luanda — The former coach of 1º de Agosto basketball club, Luís Magalhães, will coach the team of Recreativo do Libolo in the next two seasons, Angop learned from an official source.

The Portuguese coach is thus replacing Angolan Raúl Duarte, who led the team for four years.

The source added that Ricardo Rodrigues and Jaime Prades, who worked with Raúl Duarte, will be assisting Luís Magalhães.

Meanwhile, the central Kwanza Sul province-based team is travelling Tuesday night to Portugal under the new coach for a preparation programme, ahead of the African Cups Winners Cup set for Equatorial Guinea from November 29 to December 8.
