Kenya: Govt Has Spent 974 Million in Advertising Since 2005

The government has spent 974 million since 2005 to date in advertising for 23 ministries.

George Khaniri Assistant Minister for Information says the Office of the President is the top spender at 207 million while the special programs ministry spent 1.8 million. Khaniri says they can't control such spending.
