Nigeria: Ezekwesili Wants Govt to Invest More In Women

Former vice-president of the World Bank, Africa, Oby Ezekwesili, yesterday called on the Federal Government to invest more on women. Ezekwesili, who stated this during the National Conference and Annual General Meeting of the Business and Professional Women (BPW) of Nigeria, said transformation means change and any leadership that drives change is transformational leadership.

In a welcome speech, National President of BPW Nigeria, Angela Ajala, informed women that proper planning can help avoid mistakes and advised them to be prepared by setting ambitious goals and monitoring their progress regularly.
