Western Sahara: Provincial Federation of Associations of Solidarity With Sahara in Huelva Wins the Golden Medal of Exma

Huelva — The Provincial Federation of Association of Solidarity with Western Sahara in Huelva (Andalucía) received the golden medal of "la exma" delivered by the province of Huelva on occasion of the day of this Spanish province, according to the Saharawi representation in Andalucía, Spain.

In a celebration took place in Aracena (Huelva) on Nov16, 2012, the province handed over the medal to the Federation due to its cooperation with the Saharawi people and its developed projects for many years such as vacations in peace and caravans for peace and many other projects of awareness about the Saharawi cause.

The celebration was attended by all mayors of the province, the president of the Federation of Associations of Solidarity with Sahara in Huelva, Dr. Ignacio Caraballo Romero, as well as many personalities and NGOs in addition to the deputy representative of the Polisario Front in Andalucía, Dr. Baha Mustafa.
