The civil society says it has issues to raise with the list of candidates nominated for the positions of Inspector General and two deputies. Kenya Human Rights Commission which was part of the observer groups wants the two Principals and Parliament to consider the candidates' professional competencies, integrity, gender disparity and regional balance.
