Kenya: One Police Recruit Arrested With Fake Papers

One person has been arrested with fake academic qualifications during the police recruitment exercise in Mombasa . Mombasa OCPD Kipkemboi Rop says the young man had a forged KCSE certificate. Most youth were turned away due to poor academic qualifications and for being non residents.
