Anglican Assistant Bishop Mt Kenya South Charles Muchene Muturi has asked for steps to be taken to empower the boy child.
Rev Muchene said he visited 26 schools towards the end of this year, to pray for the students and was shocked that the boys have no vision for their lives as compared to the girls.
"We have a crisis living among us. The boy child knows not where he is or where he is headed, especially in terms of career," said Rev Muchene.
