Angola: Construction of Seventeen Primary Teachers Training Schools Announced

Luanda — The secretary of State for Vocational Training, Narciso Damásio dos Santos Benedito, announced Thursday in northeastern Malanje province the construction soon of 17 primary teacher training schools in the country's province's capitals.

Damásio dos Santos Benedito made the announcement on the State-run "Televisao Publica de Angol" broadcasting station (TPA)'s "Bom Dia Angola" programme.

According to the official, the project is part of an medium term development programme the Education Ministry submitted to the Government, for the construction of a primary teacher training school in each of the country's 18 provinces.
