Tunis — Tunisia has not mortgaged its resources to the European Union (EU) by gaining access to the EU Privileged Partner status, said Secretary of State for European Affairs Touhami Abdouli on Wednesday at the Prime Ministry's periodic press briefing in Kasbah.
