Namibia: Elemotho Launches Third Album

Windhoek — Namibian singer/songwriter eleMOTHO, who only recently won the prestigious RFI France 24 Discoveries Award 2012 for his music, presents his long awaited third album, Ke Nako on December 1 at the Playhouse Theatre here.

Tickets for the launch show are N$ 60 each in advance at Computicket and N$ 70 at the door. The show starts at half-past-eight (20h30). For this widely travelled Namibian artist "time" is the theme and title of his upcoming album, as he will take listeners on a journey from a love chant to his first born, through stories of self-redemption, to heartfelt odes for real human freedom. "Love is the answer and hate is the cancer", sings the thoughtful yet playful musician who feels that like everything in life, art needs time, and passion shows in your rhyme.

With solo, quartet and full band performances, special appearances, audio/visual presentations and a musical tour de force, only eleMOTHO is capable of, this show promises to be unlike anything you've seen before in Windhoek
