Mogadishu — A high-level delegation led by Somalia's Chief Justice Aidid Abdullahi Ilka Hanaf has flown for the first time to Qatar, to participate a capacity building seminar due to hold in Doha next week.
"Today we are going to travel to Doha, the capital of Qatar after we received a formal invitation from the government of Qatar. The delegation comprise of judges representing from all country's entire justice system," said the chief judge.
