Prime Minister Raila Odinga has lashed out at KDF soldiers who allegedly harassed members of the public after three of their colleagues were killed by unknown criminals.
Speaking in Garissa Raila says civilians who suffered serious injuries will be airlifted to Nairobi for treatment.
