Nigeria: Ex-FRSC Boss Yakasai Gets PHD At Abu Today

Former Chairman of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) Alhaji Danyaro Ali Yakasai is among the PhD students who will receive their certificates at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria convocation ceremony today after graduation from the premier institution.

Yakasai, now Special Adviser on security to Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso, undertook a research on 'National Transport Policy and Management of Road Safety Programmes in Nigeria: A Case Study of Kano State".

Yakasai got his Bachelor of Science degree in Office Administration from Kent State University, Ohio, USA in 1984. He went to the University of Abuja to do his Master's degree in Public Administration which he completed in 1999.
