Kenya: Homeboyz Hold Trials Next Week

Newly-promoted Premier League side Kakamega Homeboyz will hold players trials next week at kakamega High School. Confirming the news, the team's head coach Fred Serenge said they intend to strengthen the team ahead of the new season hence the trials.

He said the trials will run from Tuesday to Thursday and the exercise is open to all those who want wish play for the league debutants. "We are looking for nine players to boost our squad in preparation for the Tusker Premier League and will therefore hold trials next week.

We are also looking into bringing a few experienced players into our squad," he added. Kakamega Homeboyz earned promotion into the top-tier after topping the Division One Zone B table with 91 points from 38 matches.
