Gospel singer and flutist Gerriey Wainaina will be launching his album new album, Walk The Talk on December 2 at St Andrew's Church.
Gerriey is a known up and coming musician nominee at Groove Awards 2010 and US based Talanta Awards winner.
He told Word Is, "The album highlights the need for us to match our words with good actions. The album features live music with collaborations with entertainment giants like Ian Mbugua, Hellen Mtawali and Mbuvi."
The launch will be themed Amani na Undugu, "aimed at uniting Kenyans. My music rotates in the triad of faith, hope and love giving hope to the hopeless and restoring peace to all," Gerriey said.
He has worked under TPF principal Mtawali and perform under Afrizo in state functions; 2008 and 2010 played at Mashujaa Day, university joint choir, and also played for her at vision 2030 launch.
"I formed my band Kalesa band in 2007 under African Evangelistic Enterprise helped at the Jamhuri and Mathari camps using music to heal the nation.
In 2011 together with my band we held a concert on 7th August at the Memorial Park in remembrance of our beloved Kenyans who lost their lives."
