Luanda — Angolan Petro de Luanda club on Saturday retained the African ladies handball title with a final's 29-23 victory over their compatriots of 1º de Agosto, in an encounter played at the Moroccan region of Tangier.
This final is a repetition of the previous edition, in which the two aforementioned Angolan teams faced off in the city of Kaduna (Nigeria), in a match in which Petro de Luanda won by a close 32-30 margin.
