IDPs from Kisii County have gone to Court seeking compensation from the government.
They have listed the Attorney General Githu Muigai and PS Ministry of Special Programmes Andrew Mondoh as the first and second respondents in the case.
The IDPs want the court to compel the government to resettle and compensate them before the general elections.
