Kenya Defence Forces have been fighting al-Shabaab since October 2011(file photo).

A man suspected to be behind the killing of three KDF soldiers in Garissa was arrested over the weekend in Hulugho area near the Kenya -Somali border. He confessed to being behind the shooting after he was positively identified by witnesses including two surviving soldiers.

Police are interrogating him before he appears in court today.
