By Maureen Waruinge
The national examination council has been asked to lower the cut off marks for candidates who will sit for the KCPE next week as they have been affected by clashes in Garissa and other regions.
Parents Association Secretary General Musau Ndunda says the candidates revision period has been affected as students from more than five schools have fled the areas fearing for their safety as well as teachers deserting schools.
