NATIONAL University of Rwanda will play against Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Education of Kibungo (INATEK) in the men's semi-finals of the inaugural Malaria Cup set for December 1 in Ngoma District.

The other semi-final will pit together archrivals APR and KVC. On Sunday, both teams met in group A in Rubavu where APR beat KVC 2-1 and Nyanza 2-0, while Kigali Volleyball Club reached the last four after beating Nyanza 2-0.

NUR reached the last four after beating Kigali Institute of Education and EWSA 2-0 and 2-0 respectively on the first day of the competition in Nyanza District in Group C.

In group B (Men), INATEK stormed the semi finals after beating GSOB 2-0 and Karongi 2-0.

In women category, APR will take on Rwamgana after eliminating Rubavu 2-0. There were only two teams in group A, while Rwanda Revenue Authority will play against Ruhango in other semi final.

The semis are scheduled for December 1 in Ngoma while finals will be at Amahoro Indoor Stadium December 8.
