Ethiopia: We Don't Want to Live Cursing the [electoral] Board.

Mushe Semu, chairman of the Ethiopian Democratic Party (EDP), said this in explaining about the importance of open discussion over the procedures of the upcoming election for local administrations and the Addis Abeba City Council.

A readiness by the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia for an open discussion over the issue would have been a significant leap in Ethiopian politics, Mushe said in his exclusive interview with Sendek, an Amharic weekly, published on Wednesday, November 21, 2012.
