Angola: Over Three Thousand Young People Join JMPLA

Luena — More than three thousand young people joined recently in Luena, eastern Moxico province, in the ranks of the youth wing of the ruling MPLA party, under the celebrations of the 50 years of its foundation, marked on November 23.

The information was released at the weekend by their first provincial secretary, Valeriano Tchimo Cassauié, adding that another 1,800 members moved into the structures of the party, thus strengthening its social basis in the province.

He urged young people to work based on the assumptions of the central leadership of the party, to achieve the goals envisaged.

Moreover, under the date, members of JMPLA donated goods to the Provincial Hospital of Moxico and a home of third age, assets to minimize some shortcomings recorded in the said institutions.
