Angola: OMA Official Stresses Women Engagement

Cabinda — The secretary general of the ruling MPLA party's women wing Luzia Inglês Van-dunem has acknowledged the engagement and role played by women integrated in the female organisation.

Luzia Inglês Van-dunem was speaking Monday in northern Cabinda province at a ceremony of award in recognition of the commitment of the local organisation's secretariat to the special campaign of growing of structures, to mark the celebrations of 55th anniversary of the ruling MPLA party, on 10 December.

The official who congratulated the local women integrated in OMA said Cabinda was the province that stood out and won the campaign as the region managed to gather 74,547 militants.

She added that this was the result of the commitment of the province to mobilisation campaign of women to the tasks of MPLA.
