People living with disabilities should be assisted to register as voters with ease. Disability rights advocate Philtalis Were says physically challenged people have encountered several challenges as they are unable to communicate with IEBC registration clerks and understand the procedure.
He says interpreters haven't been recruited to mobilize them to register as voters.
