CCTV cameras to be installed in the CBD will have face recognition to help deal with thugs and traffic offenders.

Metropolitan minister Jamleck Kamau says by the end of January 2013 the whole of the CBD will be under CCTV surveillance cameras positioned in major spots as well as roundabouts and bus stations. New traffic lights will also be installed.
