Senegalese Film Wins Carthage Festival

"La Pirogue" by Senegalese director Moussa Touré on Saturday (November 24th) won the Carthage Cinema Days (JCC) top award.

"Mort à Vendre" by Moroccan director Faouzi Ben Saïdi received the "Tanit d'argent". The best scenario prize went to the Tunisian director Mohamed Ben Mahmoud for his film "Le Professeur."
