Kenya: Over 400 Million for CTV Installation

It will cost the tax payer 437 million shillings to install CCTV surveillance within Nairobi's CBD. Nairobi Metropolitan Minister Jamleck Kamau says the Chinese company awarded the tender,will have finished the job by end of Januray 2013.
