Tension is high in Likoni following a planned eviction of over one thousand families. The residents have threatened to resist the eviction on the nine thousand acre piece of land owned by a prominent businessman. The disputed land has been developed by locals who have constructed businesses premises ,churches ,mosques, schools and rental houses.
