Sons of the Clouds: The Last Colony, a documentary by Javier Bardem and Alvaro Mongoria dealing with the Saharawi cause, has been screened recently in Madrid and Toledo (Castilla-La Mancha region)

The documentary's screening was attended by Polisario Front's representative in Spain, Bechraya Hamoudi Beyoune, producer Alvaro Mongoria, representatives of several Spanish institutions, supporters of the Saharawi cause and a large audience.

In an address at the end of the screening, producer Alvaro Mongoria said the film was intended to raise awareness of international public opinion to the Saharawi cause and the Saharawi people's struggle for freedom and the situation in refugee camps and the occupied territories.

The idea of producing the documentary came just after the visit to refugee camps, he added.
