Cairo — Zinhom court of appeal issued a decision to refuse the request of public prosecution to appeal the decision of releasing the defendants who are accused of incinerating Al-Jazeera headquarter Mubasher Egypt in Tahrir square, in case no. 12755 of 2012 Misdemeanor Qaser El-Neil court , as follows:

  1. Khaled Gamal Abdulnasser; and
  2. Tantawi Anter Tantawi.
