President Kibaki and Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete will this afternoon officially open the rehabilitated Athi River- Arusha-Namanga Road at Athi River. In attendance will also be other EAC Presidents Yoweri Museveni of Uganda, Paul Kagame of Rwanda and Pierre Nkurunziza of Burundi.
