The rehabilitated Athi River- Arusha-Namaga Road will officially be opened today. The highway which connects Kenya and Tanzania will be opened by President Mwai Kibaki and Tanzania's Jakaya Kikwete. Three other head of states from the East Africa region are also scheduled to attend.
