Kenya: Will There or Won't There Be a Strike By Nurses?

It is still unclear whether or not nurses will go on strike next week. A number of nurses' union officials have distanced themselves from the planned strike. Thaddeus Mayaka from the progressive nurses association says their members will not withdraw their services.
Secretary General of the union of nurses of Kenya Seth Panyako however maintains that the strike is on and other unions have no authority to speak on behalf of all nurses.
