Like any first time traveler to a foreign country adjusting to the eating habits of the local population takes time. Despite Uganda being the greenest country in East Africa, you will rarely find vegetables like sukuma wiki,mrenda,managu,kunde or terere, that are common features in most Kenyan meals.
Somebody needs to tell our good neighbors that a balance diet is the name of the game and not -goat,chicken,beef with posho Posho is the local name for Ugali by the way.
The difference between Posho and that popular dish eaten in Nairobi,Nyanza and Western is that it comes in smaller portions and their is no 'Sosa' as Radio Jambo's Fred Arocho discovered.
