Kenyans in the Diaspora to Now Today If They Will Vote

Kenyans living in the diaspora will today know if they will register as voters. The IEBC is meeting to reach a final decision on the issue. Justice Minister Eugene Wamalwa declared that it will be logistical nightmare to have Kenyans abroad to register and even vote.
