Kenya: Motorists Stuck in Traffic for Hours.
By Njeri Ngugi, 29 November 2012
Several motorists were yesterday stuck in traffic jams for hours as police closed major roads within Nairobi to pave way for regional presidents who are in the country to attend an East African Community meeting.
The leaders from Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Burundi arrived for the meeting that takes place at the KICC this morning. Security has been heightened at the venue.
