Tunis — The Court of Cassation, Wednesday, rejected charges against Ettounsiya TV Channel producer and director Sami Fehri and decided to refer the case to the Indictment Chamber which had issued, last August, an arrest warrant against him, defence lawyer Sonia Dahmani told TAP, adding that Sami Fehri will be released in "the next few hours".
