Angolan Diplomat Dies in U.S.

Washington — The first secretary of the Angolan embassy in US, Celestino Novais Magalhães Gomes, passed away on Wednesday in Washington of natural causes.

In a press note released to Angop on Wednesday, the Angolan embassy in US expresses its heart-felt sympathy for the premature death of the diplomat.

On behalf of the embassy in US, the ambassador Alberto Ribeiro regrets the diplomat's unexpected death and addresses condolences to the mourning family.
