Nigeria: Chief of Defence Staff Raises Jaji Blasts Probe Panel

The Chief of Defence Staff, Admiral Ola Sa'ad Ibrahim, has set up a panel of inquiry to investigate the recent twin blasts at a church in Jaji Military Cantonment.

The panel is to investigate circumstances that led to the incident.

Defence spokesman Colonel Mohammed Yerima said in a statement that the "CDS had visited the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji to inspect the St Andrew Military Protestant Church that was bombed on Sunday 26 November 2012. Meanwhile, a Board of Inquiry has been set up by the Chief to investigate the circumstances that led to the incident."
