Nigeria: Senate Queries NPA's Investment in New Seaports

The Senate Committee Marine Transport on Tuesday in Lagos, bemoaned investments by the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), in new seaports, even as several existing ports in the country remain underutilised.

The senators, who were on an oversight visit of the authority's complexes and the nation's ports in Lagos, also condemned the poor budget performance recorded by the ports authority.
