Angola: FAAND President-Elect Points Out Priorities

Luanda — The regional championships, maintenance of continental titles, approach closer to the provincial associations and consolidation of bases across the country are the priorities outlined by the new team of the Angolan Handball Federation (FAAND) led by Pedro Godinho.

Such priorities were outlined Wednesday by the president after being confirmed as winner of the last week's election.

Pedro Godinho said that the four-year term will be characterized by technical and administrative hard work, calling on members to do their best to promote the sport in the country and the continent.

In his opinion, the holding of regional championships aims to provide the players with more competitive, in addition to interaction among the provincial associations.
