Kuito — The provincial director of public works and Urbanization in central Bie province, Fernando Chatuvela, has said that the local Government will soon stop the ravines existing in the region that difficult the free flow of people and goods, between Kuito and its surroundings areas, Angop has learnt.

He said that the local staff has a programme that aims at eradicating the ravines that hinder the lives of the populations, mainly in the wards of Catraio, Populaçao and Santo António.

Fernando Chatuvela called on the participation of the population, adding that people can stop the ravines through traditional methods.
