In its commitment to enhance flour use and bakery capacity in the country, Honeywell Flourmills Plc has trained 14 bakers on modern bakery techniques.
The training which was followed with a graduation ceremony, according to a statement, marks the 20th certification ceremony of the Honeywell bakery school, Lagos.
The school has so far trained over 270 master bakers in 20 regular courses and 1 executive course since it became fully operational in 2006, according to the statement.
Honeywell's Executive Chairman, Mr. Folaranmi Babatunde Odunayo, said the school was established as part of the Honeywell group's overall commitment to the production of the highest quality flour-based foods.
