Tunisia: 'Tunisia Was the Country Where in 2011 Freedoms Made Greatest Progress,' Says Freedom House's D. Kramer

Tunis — "Tunisia was the country where freedoms made the greatest progress in 2011", said, on Thursday morning, Freedom House Executive Director David Kramer, who is presently visiting Tunisia.

Mr. Kramer, who conferred in Bardo with Transitional Justice and Human Rights Minister Samir Dilou, said that he was in Tunisia to plead in favour of continuous dialogue between civil society and the Tunisian government, voicing confidence in the swift establishment of a tradition of dialogue between these two entities.
