Angola: Justice Minister for Closer Approximation to Citizens

Sumbe — The Angolan minister of Justice and Human Rights, Rui Mangueira, Thursday in Sumbe, central Kwanza Sul province, spoke out for a closer approximation of the civil registration and identification services to the populations from the rural areas.

The minister who was speaking at the end of a visit to the municipalities of Porto Amboim and Sumbe, said that only being close to the citizen can a quality service be provided.

On the other hand, the minister announced the expansion of such institutions as courts to the municipalities of Cela, Libolo, Porto Amboim and spoke of the need for a better accommodation of the magistrates.

This is the Justice minister's first visit to central Kwanza Sul province.
