Angola: MPLA President Figure Highlighted

Piri — The political trajectory of MPLA President, José Eduardo dos Santos, was highlighted on Thursday, in Piri commune, in a talk promoted by MPLA woman wing (OMA).

The act was part of the commemorations of the 16 days of activism against gender violence.

On the occasion, the lecturer Manuel Lisboa Neto, called on the youngsters of Piri commune, to valorize more and more the deeds of the President José Eduardo dos Santos towards the struggle for the country's independence, achieved on November 11, 1975.

He also mentioned the figure of President José Eduardo dos Santos and his role in the fight for peace and consolidation of democracy in Angola.
