Doha — Angola was re-elected for the presidency of the global forum of the national designated authorities and the presidency of the African Forum of national designated authorities, Angop has learnt.

The election took place in the fringes of the works of the 18th conference of UN Conference on climate changes (COP-18).

The coordinator of the national designated authority, Giza Gaspar Martins, assumes the presidency of these two organs, for a year-term mandate.

Meanwhile, she said that to face the global warming the Angolan Government outlined the national strategic plan for climate changes and the national plan of adaptation.
