Egypt: Oil Minister, Italian Delegation Probe Investments

Petroleum Minister Osama Kamal discussed Thursday 29/11/2012 with chief executive officer of the Italian "Edison" Company Bruno Lescoeu investment opportunities in the oil field and means of boosting bilateral partnership in the coming period.

This meeting comes within the framework of the government's policy to shore up cooperation and partnerships with international companies investing in Egypt, Kamal said.

Meantime, Lescoeu asserted his company's willingness to increase investments in Egypt in the petroleum field.
