Menongue — The governor of the south-eastern Kuando Kubango Province, Higino Carneiro, last Thursday defended that his staff should have as priority the sectors of health and education.
Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of new municipal administrators and their respective deputies, as well as new office directors and consultants, the governor also appealed for major commitment of the staff.
According to Higino Carneiro, it is paramount to work diligently to change the current framework, which is deemed unsatisfactory, since it is keeping the province behind in terms of human development.
The governor informed that his executive will demand greater periodical accounts rendered from public managers.
